Nick Clarke

Nick is the Founder and Chairman of the Curzon group of companies. Nick is a proven successful builder of businesses with a focus in Mining & Energy. He has built business worldwide developing relations in Russia, China & Africa.

Nick graduated from the Camborne School of Mines (Exeter University) with a BSc Hons Mining 2.1. After graduating from Camborne, Nick spent 3 years as an engineer for Schlumberger. He then transitioned to oil trading for 7 years and after spearheading his business (Quantum Energy) to becoming the largest independent gas trading and marketing company, Nick exited the market in 2003 and sold all shareholdings to Macquarie Bank. Nick then formed a carbon trading business Carbon Resource management (CRM) which became the largest trader in the world. He sold the company to Vitol in 2010.

Since then, Nick has been building Curzon Uranium which is the number 2 or 3 trader in the world with sales in excess of 500M USD per annum. Clarke is today the major shareholder of Curzon and sees his mission to help the nuclear renaissance decarbonise the world.

Bram Vanderelst

Bram holds an MSc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leuven in Belgium. He started his career in waste management and secondary commodities before moving into the Nuclear Fuel sector.

He served as Trading Manager EMEA & Africa for Uranium at ITOCHU for 3 years where he gained experience in commodity trading and structured finance.
At Curzon Uranium he started the company and build up a trading business from the ground up to a business that is turning over more than $500 million each year. He has been instrumental in positioning Curzon Uranium as an off-taker of choice for many mining projects and a reliable partner for utility clients.

Bram is part of the World Nuclear Association working groups on supply and demand and features regularly as an industry expert on various public fora

Marios Roussis

Marios obtained his BA degree in Accounting & Finance with First Class Honors in 2003 and then earned a scholarship to attend the Executive MBA programme which he completed with Distinction in 2004, both from Lancaster University in the UK. He then joined KPMG Cyprus and in 2007 he qualified as Chartered Accountant and became a Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ACA) and Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). In 2017 he also received his Certificate of Fellowship (FCA).

Marios worked for KPMG as Senior Manager for 7 years being responsible for audits and advisory work. In February 2011 Marios joined the Vitol Group and specifically VTTI BV, the oil storage terminal arm of the group. Marios was appointed as the Finance Director for VTTI Cyprus, the $300million state of the art oil storage terminal and jetty located in Mari, Cyprus. During the 12 years working for VTTI Cyprus Marios was involved in the process of obtaining the necessary terminal related permits and licenses, finding appropriate land for construction purposes, supervising the construction from a project controlling point of view, recruiting terminal staff and then operating the terminal with key focus in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Strategy and Risk Management, as well as being heavily involved in the Business Development and Commercial side of the business. From 2020 until 2022 Marios was also supporting the wider VTTI BV group in finance related projects.

Marios joined Curzon Uranium Ltd in June 2022 as Chief Financial Officer.
